Returns Policy
At Angelic Holistics, I want you to feel completely confident in every purchase you make. If something isn’t quite right, please read the information below and get in touch — I’ll always do my best to help.
1. Returns & Refunds (Physical Products)
If you have purchased a physical product from my shop (such as herbal teas, wellness gifts or other packaged items), you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with your consumer rights.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

It must be returned in a clean and resalable condition

You must contact me before sending anything back
Once your return is received and checked, I will confirm your refund and process it back to your original payment method.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used:

Herbal teas and edible products (if opened)

Any product that has been unsealed or partially used

Personal care items where hygiene may be affected
This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or incorrect (see below).
3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

A photo of the product

A photo of the outer packaging (if applicable)
I will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
4. Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads, Online Content)
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are non-refundable once they have been purchased and accessed.
This includes:

eBooks
-
Printable downloads
-
Digital guides or resources
-
Downloadable meditations (where applicable)
If you experience a technical issue downloading your product, please get in touch, and I’ll happily support you.
5. Return Postage Costs

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

I recommend using a tracked postal service, as I cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
